Welcome to the website of the Old Mobeetie Texas Association!  We are glad to have you visit us.  Mobeetie Texas is the oldest town in the Panhandle of Texas.   We are located approximately 100 miles east of Amarillo.  Our organization is devoted to the history of this area and the maintenance and upkeep of the Mobeetie Jail Museum.

Open daily 1:00 to 5:00.  All hand made quilts.  Free to the public.
